About Our Company

Noble Designs LLC has been fabricating radius gutters since 2002. When we started, as with many gutter companies, we were running into more and more houses that had curved roof lines and the standard was to leave the gutters off.

Our custom home builders knew there was copper radius gutter, aluminum radius gutter, and zinc radius gutter on the market but they were too expensive (Between $85 and $120 a linear foot). Most of them had visible signs of crimping or bending in the metal, so we came up with a process of fabricating a radius gutter that is strong, light weight, and more economical than aluminum radius gutters, copper radius gutters and zinc radius gutters.

We charge $65 and $75 a linear ft depending on the style and stretch out . Best of all, our product won’t rust or corrode, and will last longer than any metal product on the market.

About Our Company

Our Radius Gutter is made out of a polyester resin fiberglass. It’s the highest quality marine grade resin you will find in boats and surf boards. We fabricate them in 8 ft. sections, and each piece is double re-enforced to insure its strength and rigidity. Each piece has a lap joint (a custom sleeve) on one end to allow two pieces to fit snug against each other.

The inside of the gutter is sealed with a fiberglass kit that we provide. Once it cures it become one solid piece on the inside. No expansion or contraction and you can guarantee your radius gutter will never leak. We will provide you with a self leveling polyester finishing putty to fill the outside seam. The putty dries in about 3 minutes, and easily sands to give you a smooth seamless appearance. Most of our clients do not fill the seam, and as you can see, both installations look great.

If you have a house with a turret, (a tower or segment that has a cylindrical facade) and need to install rain gutters you don’t want to install small cut up pieces of straight gutter, because of the following issues:• Non-uniform, unprofessional appearance

• Cutup pieces usually start leaking in 2 – 5 years

• Improper drainage challenges

• Installation is very labor intense
